In the summer of 1996 and 1998 the sound art festival BAITZ MIT KLANG took place. International sound artists presented their sound experiments in the village of Baitz and in the surrounding landscape. From a water pump sytems to a sinus generator, from solar cells to dinner plates all kinds of possibilities were used for sound productions. This way the little village became for several days a center for experimental sound art.
